Konka Group Co., Ltd was established in 1980. Our company specializes in the manufacturing and distributing of household electronic products under our own brand name. Our major products include color TV sets, mobile phones, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and packaging materials. 



In August 1991, we were restructured into a Sino-foreign public shareholding company and became the first joint venture in China. In March 1992, our company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. 



In 2003, our retail sales of color TVs in the domestic market increased by 32.32%, making Konka the number 1 brand in China. Meanwhile, our sales volume of mobile phones exceeded 1,6 00,000 units, an increase of 327% over 2002. 



In addition to domestic market, we also expanded our business to international markets to achieve greater success. We became the first Chinese TV producer which obtained both the international and domestic market share. At present, our "Konka" brand enjoys growing acknowledgement abroad. For instance, we won the award for innovation at Las Vegas International Consumer Electronic Fair in Jan 2000. We are one of the four members of the China National High-Definition Digital TV Standardization Specialist Committee, and are also a member of the American Digital TV Alliance.
